Dr. Wil Ashford Jr.
Initiated the starting of Association of Midnight Basketball/MBLP Chapters in Rockford, Illinois, and in Beloit, Wisconsin. He is a lifelong resident of Northern Illinois.
13 years in Law Enforcement.
Wil has a Doctorate degree in Adult Education and Higher Education Administration from Northern Illinois University.
He has put 20 years in Human Service (Violence Prevention) and Educational Functions. He is currently an Adjunct Instructor at Rock Valley College in Rockford, Illinois.
