The Fort Worth Midnight Basketball League is using the challenge as an opportunity to raise funds to turn their parking lot into a blacktop basketball court to draw more youth to the church.

There is no community center in the Morningside Community for children to go to after school and on weekends. Our goal is to use this challenge as a way to convert our church into a community hub,” says Pastor Kyev Tatum, Director, Fort Worth Midnight Basketball.

Organizers meet every Thursday at 11am the New Mount Rose Missionary Baptist Church 2864 Mississippi Avenue Fort Worth, Texas 76104.
