Grover Vernard Crump (Ricky) CEO of Believers Inc. Assoc. of Association of Midnight Basketball and Every Life Matters Programs. Grover lived the street life and had some issues before joining the Army for 16 years. After his Honorable Discharge and for 17 years he worked with troubled youth as a staff and Facility Manager. Prior to leaving his Facility Manager position he corresponded with National Association of Midnight Basketball CEO Lawrence C. Gray and was awarded the Association of Midnight Basketball rights for Stockton and San Joaquin County and became the Exec. Director. He went on to create Believers Incorporated to support Association of Midnight Basketball and it’s programs.
